The state of being well and free from illness refers to good health and that depends on physical activity, what you eat and how much rest you give to your body.
As long as you have your health, nothing matters. But now a days people are being so busy in their day to day life that they usually forget about their health.
life becomes more threatening when people indulge themselves in the compulsive use of substances or behavior that includes alcohol, tobacco, drugs, gambling, shopping and the internet trying to relieve their day to day stress. But rather relieving the stress and returning the body to relaxed state, these substance tend to keep the body in a stressed state and cause more problems. Thus, the distressed person becomes trapped in a vicious cycle.
Metabolism
Every moment of everyday, our body is performing a delicate dance of converting, storing & burning energy, known as metabolism. It's when our body converts nutrients into usable energy source like amino acids, fatty acids, glucose and at a fundamental level electrons.
Once it breaks these down, it transport them into the cell to grow, heat, build muscles and many more.
This metabolism determines, how we look, feel and perform in our daily life.

Using the right nutrition at right time in a right way is very important. It is not necessary that a nutritious food will provide you nutrients if taken anytime in a day like,
citrus fruit shouldn't be taken with the meal

caffeine inhibits the iron absorption as well as vitamin-c helps the body to absorb it.
having dinner 3hours before going to bed, gives our body sometime to digest it.

Eating good foods makes our blood nutrients rich, which travel through our body and supply nutrients to each part.

So fuel your body with nutrients rich food, and start replacing some nutrients poor and processed food with whole food like fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meats.

Sleep

To get a quality sleep we should-
stick to a sleep schedule, even on weekends
optimize sleep for 7-8 hour.
check environment for temperature, sound & light
avoid caffeine after 1pm
limit exposure to blue light
